Rigorous Quality Control System

Vsunlight carries out strict quality control over the whole process of product research and development, verification and testing, material supply, production flow, packaging, marketing and sales, service and maintenance.We truly implement and keep improving the quality management to every employee,every corner and every detail.

Frist: Product Performance Validation

All products produced by vsunlight will go through product performance validation in order to ensure that the data of all products can be tracked and the results of product test data can be judged.

Second:Reliability test

All devices fully comply with the Telcordia GR-1209-CORE/ GR-1211-CORE standard and meet the PCT 168-hour experiment  (temperature 120 ℃,  2 atmospheres,  relative humidity  100%).

Fourth: Quality Control on Production Process

• Timely handing of defective products;
