We have comprehensive test programs, professional test equipments, and standard test processes to ensure that our customers obtain high-quality products. Application tests on a wide range of goods, including optical device,transmission cables, optical moduble, etc., are conducted daily in our testing stations.

Vsunlight  self-developed CWDM Test System can be used for testing all parameters of CWDM, including Passband Insertion Loss\Reflection band Insertion Loss\Transmission Adjacent  Isolation\ \Reflection Isolation\Directivity\Ripple etc.
DWDM Test System
DWDM Test System
DWDM Test System can be used for testing all parameters of DWDM and can also be used for high-low temperature test(-40℃\25℃\85℃), including Passband IL\Refection band IL \Transmission Adjacent  Isolation\Transmission Non-Adjacent  Isolation\Reflection Isolation\Directivity\Ripple, etc.

Vsunlight  self-developed PLC Test System can be used for testing all parameters of PLC, including device of Insertion Loss\Return Loss\Isolation\PDL\Directivity,etc.
OSA Scan System
OSA Scan System
This equipment can be used for scanning full bandwidth of WDM graph. It is used in conjunction with broadband light sources. All parameters of WDM can be judged by the waveform. It's applicable to all WDM devices. Vsunlight's OSA equipment is Yokogawa AQ6370D that is the most advanced equipment, and accuracy can reach 0.02nm.

Vsunlight's laser source group is used to santec laser source.  It's made up of three santec laser source and wavelength coverage can be reached 1260-1620nm. It can be used for testing full bandwidth WDM device and the results are accurate enough.
AWG Test system
AWG Test system
AWG Test System is made up of Tunable laser source and high speed power meter. Laser source is Agilent 8164A, High speed power N775 which can scan 32 channels simultaneously. The test accuracy can reach 0.01nm.
Fiber Optic Cables Test

Ensuring optical transmission performance.Fiber polarity tester measures the polarity to ensure data is properly transmitted. IL and RL Testing test insertion loss and return loss of cables to ensure the reach and stable signal transmission.
3D Interferometer Testing
3D Interferometer Testing
Test connectors or ferrules of cables to ensure apex offset, the radius of curvature, and fiber height within the expected ranges and successful connection of fiber optic lines.
