Product Warranty
vsunlight ensures that the products have gone through fully strict quality control from the purchase of raw materials to the entire manufacturing process. Besides, we warrant maintenance for defects in materials and manufacture to the original purchasers. If you have some problems with your products, FS provides maintenance service for those products that have not exceeded the after-sales warranty term.
Warranty Term
For products that meet the following conditions, you can enjoy return or exchange services within 30 days from the original order delivery date.
Full Refunds: Returns or exchanges attributable to VSUNLIGHT, such as products with defects or quality issues despite having all components and good appearance, cases of wrong, missing items or products that do not match the actual purchase. Full refunds also apply to returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, such as products that have not been unboxed with all components, and are returned in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds: Returns or exchanges where components are missing but the product’s appearance is undamaged and it is returned in the original packaging, or where the product or its appearance has been severely damaged by customer misuse, affecting its resale value.

Q What if my product warranty expires when I send it back for repair?
A We calculate the warranty term according to the time you submit the RMA. As long as you submit the application within the warranty term and send it back as specified, it is considered to be within the warranty term.
Q What events, activities, or actions invalidate my free warranty?
A
1. The products have exceeded the warranty term.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, and any other human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding, or human negligence.
4. Damage caused by an improper operation of equipment shells, power supplies, etc. during use.
Q Do I have to pay the shipping cost for the repair products?
A During the warranty term, we will repair your products that meet our warranty items for free, and we will pay for the round-trip freight for the warranty products.
